But HOW??

There’s a huge, metal plate over the slums, how can it possibly have landed there? Is that a skript error because things were rewritten midway or was that plate built within Cid’s adult lifetime? How could it be then that Aerith supposedly never saw the sky (I believe she said that, didn’t she?).
